1. Information We Collect

NIC Nexus uniquely integrates with your Google Workspace to provide a highly tailored, automated innovation ecosystem. By logging into our service via Google OAuth, we strictly capture and monitor the following Profile fields corresponding to Standard Identity Claims:

• sub: Universal unique database ID mapping your account permanently.
• name: Display profile metrics shown locally inside your Dashboards.
• picture: Associated visual avatars retrieved from Google.
• email & hd: Associated verified emails natively synced for restricted roles.

2. Cloud APIs (Calendar & Drive Scopes)

Because NIC Nexus operates internally with a native RPA pipeline mapping resources efficiently, our authorization request demands specific Extended Scopes to sync effectively:

• Calendar Read: Grants our system access to schedule events alongside your general calendar dynamically.
• Drive Meta Read: Enables the submission of Drive proofs and retrieval of meta files explicitly related to your domain portfolio scopes securely natively.

Note: We do not alter, mass-download, or delete items within your Drive natively. External context is strictly passed into localized sandboxes for evaluation.

3. Absolute Audit Ledger Policies

In alignment with academic transparency, absolutely no actions within this application are ever completely purged. Deletions internally flag entities as inactive and safely stash immutable payloads deep within the internal Google Sheets Database (`AuditLogs` Matrix). All session endpoints are audited eternally.
